A police officer reported finding the butt of what he believed was a marijuana cigarette in a vehicle driven by Paris Hilton's boyfriend after a traffic stop on the Las Vegas Strip.
A report made public today shows 34-year-old nightclub mogul Cy Waits failed field sobriety tests before his arrest late Friday.
Waits spent a night in jail on suspicion of misdemeanour driving under the influence. He's free on USD 2,000 bail. A criminal case has not yet been filed.
