Time for right to reject candidates: Poll panel chief to NDTV

For the first time, Chief Election Commissioner SY Quraishi has said the time has now come for considering Anna Hazare's proposal on Right to Reject. Mr Quraishi says this is because the Election Commission hasn't been able to control money power of political parties.
