The anti-anorexia campaign is catching up and size zero may be going out of style. Spain and Italy have banned ultra-thin models and now the French parliament has passed a bill to ban the promotion of extreme thinness on the Internet, the media and fashion houses. Ninety per cent of people suffering from anorexia are young women.
