Congress president Sonia Gandhi arrived exactly as scheduled at 10 am to visit the family of a Dalit girl who committed suicide after she was gang-raped in Haryana's Jind district over the weekend. Her visit ended just as news arrived of another two rapes being reported from the state. In the last 30 days, 11 rapes have been reported from Jind.
