Infiltration up since new protests: Army chief

As the Kashmir Valley remains in the grip of un-unending cycle of violence, India's Army chief said today that infiltration and attempts at infiltration have gone up ever since the new agitations started. Speaking in Chennai, General VK Singh said the Army is keeping a close watch on the situation.
