As UPA-II completes three years in office, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Chairman of Biocon says if she was in UPA-II, she would not celebrate as the government has not performed or delivered. Speaking on NDTV's show We Mean Business, Shaw says the xenophobia in dealing with tax matters is not conducive to bringing in FDI and the government is not putting in place any policies to improve confidence of foreign investors.
