Juhapura in Ahmedabad appears not to have been gripped by the election fever rampant in the rest of the state. In fact, strewn Congress flags are the only sign of political activity in the area, where ninety-nine per cent of the population are Muslims. The Congress has opened a small election office here but other parties haven't even done this much.
