Former judge says there's audio tape with evidence against Modi

In fresh trouble for Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi, retired judge, H Suresh, who was part of a peoples' tribunal that visited Gujarat in May 2002, has told NDTV that the Special Investigations Team (SIT) ignored their testimonies. Justice Suresh also said that the tribunal had given the SIT an audio recording of former minister Haren Pandya, saying Mr Modi had called a meeting where he told the police to look the other way during the riots.
