Facebook will have to prove high valuation with transparency, revenue generation

Jeffrey Sica, President & Chief Investment Officer, SICA Wealth Management says that Facebook IPO will define the future of social media. However, he compared it to the dot-com bubble and said that the company is yet to justify the high valuation of $75-100 billion by proving that they can manage its 800 million users, generate more revenue and be more transparent.
