Nitish Kumar has not taken kindly to the strong remarks made by Anna Hazare's group of activists about his government's attempts to introduce a new law against corruption in Bihar. "I don't need a certificate from anybody," said the Chief Minister of Bihar. "I am in direct contact with the people of my state... everyone should know their limits," he warned.
