Demand for diesel vehicles prompted us to ramp up production: RC Bhargava

Maruti Suzuki has announced to spend upto Rs 1700 cr to set up a new diesel engine facility in Gurgaon and spend another Rs 900 cr in its R&D facility at Rohtak, Haryana. In an exclusive chat with NDTV Profit, Maruti Suzuki chairman RC Bhargava says how the shift in demand for diesel vehicles has prompted the company to invest in building up capacity.
