It has been over two months since Mumbai based businessman Roshan Jamal Khan was arrested in Spain. The charges for which Khan was arrested have still not been revealed. There are rumours that Khan has terror links, but nothing has been confirmed officially. He has still not been produced in court and his family says that it is a clear violation of human rights.
