Anybody who was under the impression that the next big economic package will be from Barack Obama, must think again. China has beaten Obama and the rest of the world to it. The dragon, known for its liking for big numbers, announced half a trillion dollar worth of fiscal package aimed at making sure that it remains at the top of the growth chart.
