Royal Challengers Bangalore posted a record 263 against Pune and one man was at the forefront of spearheading the batting carnage - Chris Henry Gayle!

Gayle smashed a massive 17 sixes in his innings - the highest ever by any batsman in IPL history.

Pune bowlers had no answer to Gayle as he completed his fifty off just 17 deliveries and went onto slam a 30-ball century.

The batsman then raced to his 150 and it took him just 53 deliveries.

Such was the sheer pace of his knock - never seen before in T20 cricket - that almost every bowler showed appalling bowling figures.
