India shines at Chanel's Paris-Bombay show

There was no sign of the economic downturn at the Chanel's Indian themed pre-fall collection, titled Paris-Bombay. Chanel chief Karl Lagerfeld, who certainly knows how to put on a show, transformed the runway into an aisle flanked by banquet tables laden with food and candles. The outfits were fit for royalty.
