San Juan, Puerto Rico:
The U.S. Navy is preparing to detonate a World War II explosive found off the coast of a popular beach in the Puerto Rican island of Culebra.
The U.S. Coast Guard said Saturday that it has established a safety zone at Flamenco beach for the underwater detonation.
The Coast Guard said no people or boats will be allowed within the zone from 9 a.m. to noon on Sunday.

The U.S. Navy once used Culebra for military activity and later moved operations to the nearby island of Vieques.
