In one of the first changes after he took over as the chief justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Chaudhary has reinstated Shahbaz Sharif as the chief minister of Punjab.
The disqualification of Sharif brothers had been challenged which prevented them from contesting in elections.
Following the issuance of the stay order Shhabaz Sharif has been restored as the CM Punjab
Shahbaz Sharif will take charge of the Chief Ministership of Punjab two months and five days after being removed.
