Dallas Shooting Suspect Served In Afghanistan: US Military

Five officers were killed and another six were wounded in a sniper ambush in Dallas.

Washington: The man named as the key suspect in the deadly Dallas shooting rampage, in which five police officers were killed, was an army reservist who had served in Afghanistan, the US military said on Friday.

Micah Xavier Johnson, 25, served with US forces in Afghanistan from November 2013 to July 2014, confirmed an Army statement.

Five officers were killed and another six were wounded in a sniper ambush during a protest march in Dallas.
