Women's Entry to Sabarimala Temple Back In Spotlight As SC Hears Review

The original verdict, delivered on September 28, 2018, by a five-judge Constitution bench headed by then Chief Justice Dipak Misra, had ruled that the ban on women's entry amounted to gender discrimination.
