'With World Going Digital, Crimes Digitally Have Increased'

At a special two-hour #Justice4EveryChild telethon, Manoj Abraham, Nodal Officer, Kerala Police Cyberdome, talked about an increase in crimes digitally and within the household. Mr Abraham who is also the Additional Director General, Thiruvananthapuram, informed that with COVID-19 induced lockdown, crimes within the household and neighbourhood has accentuated and that it is difficult for police to prevent a crime inside the house. Despite technological complexities, police go on digital patrolling to fight child sexual abuse.
