France Student Protests: Leaders Demand Immediate Action On School Funding, Teacher Shortages
Student protest leaders in France met Education Minister Edouard Geffray as demonstrations over education funding, teacher shortages and deteriorating school facilities continued across the country. Protest leaders Marius Mesnil and Louis Letoublon said students want immediate guarantees and concrete action, rather than promises of measures at a later stage.
