On camera, a girl is stabbed 22 times by a man and struck with a stone slab as people pass them by, staring in alarm but doing nothing. The teen was killed by her alleged boyfriend, Sahil, on a bustling street crowded with people, yet no one came to her rescue, as captured in the CCTV footage. "Will seek death penalty for accused and look into any lapses of the police," said Dependra Pathak, Special CP, Law & Order, on teen's murder.
