West Bengal News | Civic Notice to Abhishek Banerjee Over Alleged Building Rule Compliance
The Kolkata Municipal Corporation has reportedly issued a notice to TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee under Section 401 of the Municipal Act, seeking details related to two of his properties located in Kalighat and Harish Mukherjee Road. According to sources, the notice asks whether municipal building construction laws were properly followed and directs the TMC leader to submit the building plans of both properties before the civic authorities.
