We aren't bailing out convicted netas: Kapil Sibal on ordinance controversy

Law Minister Kapil Sibal defended the government's ordinance to protect convicted MPs and MLAs and said it was necessary to ensure that there was no vacuum in law after the Bill for this could not be passed in Parliament. Mr Sibal was speaking to NDTV a day after President Pranab Mukherjee called him to be briefed on the move.
