VFS Global CEO On Data Privacy: "We Don't Keep Any Biometric Data"

Karkaria says VFS Global does not retain biometric data, with fingerprints, photographs and passport information transmitted in real time to the relevant embassy or government server. He also explains how limited personal information is retained for government-mandated periods before being automatically purged, while rejecting claims made in the Lighthouse report.
