Hailing from Kargil, Mansoora Banoo seized the chance to participate in Usha's Silai training program upon learning about it. She took a journey to Ladakh and enrolled in a seven-day training program facilitated by Usha and the Ladakh Skill Development Mission (LSDM). Through this training, she gained the means to secure a consistent income, empowering her with the tools and opportunity for self-reliance.
