Udhayanidhi Stalin Opposes Delimitation Bill, Says Tamil Nadu May Lose MPs And State Rights
Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Udhayanidhi Stalin, said that they oppose the proposed Delimitation Bill introduced in a special session of Parliament. He stated that they believe the bill could reduce the state's rights and representation. He further added that the ruling party should ensure that if parliamentary seats are redistributed to other states, Tamil Nadu should receive a proportionate share as well. Otherwise, he warned that the state could end up losing its MPs.
