Tiger Shroff Firing Case: MCOCA Invoked Against All Accused, Probe Intensifies

In a major development in the Tiger Shroff firing case, police have invoked the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against all accused. Approval was granted on October 27, with Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2) and 3(4) added to the case, initially registered under the BNS and Arms Act on October 19. The move comes as investigators examine the organised crime angle in the October 18 shooting incident in Mumbai's Juhu area, where two shooters allegedly opened fire at the actor's car. Tiger Shroff escaped relatively unhurt, while his driver and a vlogger sustained injuries. Ten individuals have been apprehended across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana as the investigation continues.
