'This Is An Insult To Maharana Pratap': Shoorveer Singer On Mirzapur Song Row
A controversy has erupted over the use of the 'Shoorveer' song on Maharana Pratap in Mirzapur. Singer Rapperiya Baalam says his song was used without his permission and objects to its placement against scenes of gang violence. Maharana Pratap descendant and BJP MLA Vishvaraj Singh Mewar has also sought action, while BJP leader Rajendra Rathore has written to the CBFC over the portrayal.
