Rahul Gandhi's outburst today against Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been dismissed by the ruling BJP as "contrived aggression" by Congress leaders facing a "palace coup." Finance Minister Arun Jaitley denied Mr Gandhi's allegation that members of his party the Congress were not being allowed to speak in Parliament and said, "The Congress has spoken on every issue.
