Telugu Desam MP whips himself outside Parliament
A Telugu Desam Party MP drew curious onlookers and cameras today when he stood outside Parliament whipping himself to protest against the decision to create a separate Telangana state. N Siva Prasad had brought the whip to the House and he even brought it out before the Speaker before stepping out to lash himself.
