Jantar Mantar Protest: 14 CJP Members Detained, Two FIRs Registered By Delhi Police

Delhi Police has issued a statement on the detention of 14 members of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), including Sourav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and Ajinkya Shinde, following an incident at Jantar Mantar on October 13. Police said the protesters allegedly entered the area through private premises despite Jantar Mantar no longer being a designated protest site and obstructed personnel on duty. Two FIRs were registered at Connaught Place and Parliament Street police stations. Police said all 14 individuals were detained and subsequently bound down in the respective cases as per law.
