TCS Nashik Under Scanner After FIRs Alleging Rape, Harassment
Nine FIRs filed by eight women complainants and seven arrests have put Tata Consultancy Services' Nashik unit under investigation over serious allegations including rape, harassment and coercion. Police say the role of the HR department is under scrutiny, while an SIT is probing claims of a wider conspiracy, including alleged forced conversions. The Tata Group has termed the allegations "gravely concerning" and announced a zero-tolerance approach, with TCS's COO set to lead an internal inquiry.
