Tamil Nadu News | DMK vs Vijay: Dignity Debate Escalates Over Assembly Hand-Jaw Gesture

The political war of words in Tamil Nadu has intensified over Chief Minister Vijay's hand-jaw gesture in the Assembly. Vijay has clarified that the gesture was unintentional, but the DMK remains unconvinced, with Kanimozhi calling his remarks "the lowest of the low." DMK MP P Wilson accused the Chief Minister of focusing on political optics instead of answering questions on law and order. Meanwhile, TVK Minister CTR Nirmal Kumar invoked MISA and referred to Stalin's 1976 arrest, while the BJP backed Vijay's clarification but said no Chief Minister should body-shame others in the Assembly.
