Heavy rain has begun lashing Odisha's Gajapati district as Cyclone Arnab approaches the Andhra Pradesh coast. The India Meteorological Department has warned of severe weather across several districts, including Ganjam, Gajapati, Malkangiri, Rayagada, Kalahandi and Kandhamal, with red alerts issued for three districts.
