Tamil Nadu Elections | Kanimozhi On DMK & AIADMK's Freebies Ahead Of Tamil Nadu Assembly Face Off
NDTV's Sam Daniel spoke to DMK MP Kanimozhi who headed the manifesto committee and T R B RAJAA, the state industries Minister. The ruling DMK today released its manifesto for the upcoming assembly polls in Tamil Nadu. The star attraction of the manifesto is a promise to give 8000 worth of coupon for non income tax paying women to buy any home appliance of their choice from refrigerators to microwave to washing machines. This comes days after the key opposition AIADMK promised free refrigerators for women.
