Tahir Hussain Conviction: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta Targets Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh

The political battle over the 2020 Delhi riots has intensified after the conviction of former AAP councillor Tahir Hussain in the murder of Intelligence Bureau officer Ankit Sharma.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta welcomed the court's verdict and alleged that not only Tahir Hussain, but also AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia must answer for what happened during the riots. She accused the previous AAP leadership of political accountability for the violence and said the people of Delhi would not forget the events of 2020.
