There's outrage across the country after the Karnataka government dug in its heels and refused a CBI inquiry into the death of 36-year-old IAS officer DK Ravikumar, a man who took on the corrupt but died in what the police say seems like a suicide. The parents are demanding justice and threatening suicide in front of the Vidhana Soudha. On The Buck Stops Here, we debate: should the state government recommend CBI probe into the case?
