Strauss-Kahn released without bail

A judge has agreed to free former International Monetary Fund leader Dominique Strauss-Kahn without bail or home confinement in the sexual assault case against him. Jacob Frenkel, a former SEC lawyer now with Shulman Rogers Gandal Pordy & Ecker, says it was because the critical witness in the case is not credible.
