In our special series, Mapping The LoC, a ground report on Keran encounter and eyewitness testimonies from soldiers who battled the fierce gunfire. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, an injured soldier says he saw over 30-35 infiltrators with his own eyes as he took a bullet in the abdomen. While all the injured soldiers want to be back in the frontline of duty, their injuries are so severe they may not be able to do so ever again.
