Spain fund infusion will only add to problems: Trevor Williams

Trevor Williams, chief economist, Lloyds Bank, says that the rally in the markets based on the infusion of funds into Spain's banks is on the perception that the move may be provide solution to the country's problems, which is not the case. He says this is not a solution at all and will only add to the problems.
