Former Chief Justice Dipak Misra was under some influence and his decisions were not independent, Justice Kurian Joseph said in his first TV interview after retiring last week from the Supreme Court on The NDTV Dialogues. This is what led four senior judges to hold their unprecedented press conference regarding their concerns in January this year, he said.
