Extremely impressed by India's Election Commission: Prof David Butler
In conversation with NDTV, Prof David Butler, psephologist and Fellow of Nuffield College, Oxford, speaks a bit about his journey in the field and the India story. Praising the Election Commission of India, Mr Butler says on the whole, it has an extraordinarily clean record and that its integrity has been fairly universally accepted.
