Just a week to go for the 2019 polls and there seems to be no end to fake news on social media. Pictures of politicians are now being spread online with either misinterpreted and false claims, while photoshopped images continue to be shared to give out wrong messages. From Priyanka Gandhi to Shashi Tharoor, false images have gone viral on social media. Meanwhile, fake news of PM Modi topping the list of '50 most honest politicians' is also being shared as credible information.
