Serial killer on the prowl in Guwahati?
A serial killer is stalking Guwahati pavements killing five persons in the last one month. The community now stays up all night to keep vigil. Most of the people were attacked on this stretch, which is the city's high security zone. Several such homeless people have been injured in the attacks.
