SEBI to challenge maintainability of MCX-SX's writ petition in Bombay HC

After MCX-SX announced that it would move the Bombay High Court against the SEBI order which has barred it from launching new products like an equity platform, it now looks like that SEBI may put up a fight, arguing that the matter should be heard in the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) instead.
