S Jaishankar Slams Pakistan's Bilawal Bhutto, Discusses border row with China Foreign Minister

In a no-holds-barred attack on his Pakistani counterpart Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar called him a "spokesperson for terrorism". He said that Article 370 is history.
