Hundreds of civilians are feared trapped inside a theatre which has been smashed by a Russian airstrike in Mariupol. As the Russia-Ukraine war enters Week 4 and as the horror and devastation deepens, the US President described Vladimir Putin as a "war criminal". Kremlin called Biden's comments as "unacceptable and unforgivable rhetoric". President Putin is expected to speak to China's Xi Jinping tomorrow where the Ukraine war will come up for discussion.
