Repeated Adjournments Hurting Democracy?
Winter session of Parliament began today. There were no surprises as day 1 was about adjournments. Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha proceedings were adjourned for a day. The house will meet again on Wednesday. There will be no sitting of both the houses tomorrow that is November 26 as it would commemorate the Constitution Day. The opposition went all out to question the govt. This drew a sharp retort from the PM who accused the Congress of not being in touch with the reality of India.
