During the debate on the Anti-Paper Leak Bill, Union Minister Jitendra Singh rejected Rahul Gandhi's allegation, stating that decisions regarding the use of force are taken by the local magistrate and not by the Home Minister. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju also objected to the remarks and demanded an apology.
